Luis Cuenca M.D. Graduated as a surgeon in 1995, he was selected to practice as a resident at the prestigious “Centro Medico Nacional S XXI” located in Mexico City where simultaneously rotated in several hospitals such as Cardiology, Pediatric and Trauma hospitals. In 1998 he obtained his degree as an anesthesiologist. Dr. Cuenca began his professional practice at the D.I.F. after that he moved to the Red Cross in Tijuana. At the present moment he has acquired 4 years of experience for Plastic Surgery patients. He is an active member of the following associations: - Federación Mexicana de Anestesiología - Colegio de Anestesiólogos de Tijuana. |

Andres Rosas M.D. Graduated as a General doctor in 1998, he has experience in public institutions such as Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado y el Hospital General de Santa Rosalía B.C.S and in privates such as the Hospital del Prado. He also has 5 years of experience as a radiologist technician. At the time he has acquired 4 years of experience as first assistant in plastic surgery as well as patient care for post operated patients. |
